ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Lynne Green has been working side by side with her husband, Scott for thirty years in the
building and development of churches worldwide. Starting in 1987, they served for ten years as
missionaries in Hong Kong and China, and their work reflects the complexity of that profoundly
cross-cultural experience. They currently live in Seattle and have served as congregational
ministers of the Seattle Church of Christ for the past sixteen years. Their next journey will take
them to Germany in January of 2014 to work with the leaders of the Berlin Church of Christ.
Lynne recently completed a MA in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University
that further enhances her understanding of working with diverse groups.
In addition, Lynne adores her grown children Stephen, 25 and Ariel, 23. She serves local
hospitals with her two therapy dogs, as well as enjoys training sheep dogs while raising a flock of
Scottish Blackface Sheep in the best traditions of Wales and Scotland.
We would like to invite you to join us for our Sunday worship services at our Seattle
and Bellevue locations!
